THE LOST ISSUES
NOW comics encountered financial difficulties in August 1990,
and ceased publishing for almost one year while new investors were
being sought. Marc Hansen however, was off RSA anyways since the
3-D special in June 1990 (most likely a financial dispute with NOW).
John Hartman wrote RSA volume 3 issue 26, but he was presumably off
doing the planned Mr. Lizard monthly series, so NOW put other staffers
on RSA. These issue's were probably produced during the 10 month hiatus
period (September 1990 - June 1991), but not released until 1993, after
the mind Games mini-series. These issue's pick up the story line of RSA
volume 3 issue 26, and although many RSA fans have blasted these issues
as unreadable (myself included), I acknowledge the unenviable task facing
the NOW staffers of trying to continue RSA in the tradition of Marc Hansen.
