At the Second Annual Capital City Sales Conference in 1989, the comic book distributor gave each attending member a box containing 42 pieces of 11 x 17 "prints" by cartoonists who did outstanding product that Capital City sold that year. There were a limited number of these sets made.

Artists represented included John Romita, Deny Cowan, Neal Adams, Stephen Bissette, Jean Giraud, Sergio Argones, Marc Hansen and others.
