A promotional item that never came to be was the Ralph Snart Temporary Tattoo. It was to be shrink-wrapped with Volume 5, issue #12 to be released in June, 1994, but was never produced because the series ended with issue #5 in November, 1993. Only recently, February, 2004, was the original art for the cover found. There was only one tattoo prototype created (shown above left). The NOW solicitation below shows the Ralph Snart tattoo with incorrect art since at that point it had not been created.
